King Albert II caricature

Belgium is a trilingual country, people speak Dutch, French or German.
The children learn to speak a 2nd language from the age of 10.
But King Albert II wanted this to start much earlier, from kindergarten! That's early! :-)

Painted with watercolor paint on Steinbach paper 250gr./m²
(added wet with adhesive tape to a wooden board to avoid bubbles when drying,
that's how you did it back then.)
